With a population of almost 40 million, California’s economy of $2.7 trillion is bigger than all of the U.K. This is largely due to a thriving tech sector and Hollywood. With this boom has come a lot of attention including unwanted attention from those who would want to hurt the state’s thriving tech sector and in turn hurt the US. Tech companies in California are now, more than ever before, experiencing cyber attacks from all over the world and this where the role of intelligence agencies become important.
